Do you have to be in that NAR contest to fly on May 12-13? Can I fly normally as a Tripoli member?

Sport flights will be allowed. I believe that WOOSH will charge you a nominal launch fee - nothing more than what you pay to fly with Tripoli.

This weekends launch is going to be all fun, low pressure. TRA/NAR members are always welcome. WOOSH used to hold these high pressure, max points, lots of events contests that were really a lot of work. Most of those guys have moved on but I want to revive some competition at the launches. It can be a lot of fun and a challenge. In any case this contest is only a local meet. One easy event and two difficult events. Plus lots of sport flying too.
Looks like the weather is going to cooperate this weekend. Come on out and punch a hole in the sky.
