Hi everyone, I'm somewhat undecided on to cancel the launch or have it.
It's going to be 5 degrees with a unknown wind chill (probably -10). At this time the wind is not forecasted but the weather people say it is going to be breezy.
My question to you is, do we want to have the launch this Saturday or I can make arrangements to have it next Saturday the 20th of February.
Please post your answers as soon as possible.
Thank you - TWA

Frank, I think that is too cold to be out in for long. It really becomes a safety issue to a certain extent. Also, looking at the long range forecast the 20th looks to be much warmer. Safer and with likely a better turn out.

Frank. I was hoping to certify but think waiting a week might be wise. I really don't think it is healthy to be out in the weather all day. Especially LD and RSO.

Hi Frank,

Agreed that it will be too cold. I was planning on attending, but the temps with the wind chills sound prohibitive to a safe and successful launch.

Unfortunately, I have other commitments next Saturday, but I think postponing is the right call with regard to the chilly forecast.
