Please register for Midwest Power as early as possible. We will cut off early registration as late as we can but are not inclined to offer discounts on site. The website has online registration as well as online volunteer sign up. There will be a special raffle for our volunteers this year. Give freely of your time and expertise and you shall be rewarded.
I understand that the fields have been growing soybeans this year rather than corn. This should make for easy walking and less danger of fires. As usual we will have a pizza party at the host hotel Saturday night where the losers of the drag race will strut thei stuff in the sunflower print dress. Tickets for this event are sold on site. The night launch will commence after the pizza is gone.
